The short version
We do not set cookies, we do not run analytics, and we do not use advertising or social tracking pixels. We do not build a profile of you, and we have nothing to sell to anyone.
The appointment form
The appointment form on our contact page has no server behind it. What you type stays in your own browser. When you press the button, your device opens WhatsApp with a message already written out, and you decide whether to send it. Nothing reaches us until you do.
Messages you send us on WhatsApp are carried by WhatsApp and are covered by their privacy policy, not ours. The same applies to a normal phone call, which is handled by your telecom operator.
Things loaded from other companies
- Google Maps — our contact page embeds a map. If you load that page, Google receives your IP address and can set its own cookies. Everywhere else on this site, no third-party content is loaded at all.
- Cloudflare Pages hosts this website and keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability.
Your records at the clinic
Clinical records created when you visit us — your history, examination findings, X-rays and treatment notes — are kept confidentially at the clinic and are used only for your care. We do not share them with anyone else except where you ask us to, or where the law requires it.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it where we are not required to keep it. Call or WhatsApp us and we will help.
Children
This website is meant for adults. We treat children at the clinic, but a parent or guardian should make contact and give consent for treatment.
