The same treatment takes more time and skill on some teeth than on others. A front tooth usually has one root canal, a back molar three or four. A metal crown costs less than a zirconia one. Removing a fully erupted tooth is quicker than removing a wisdom tooth trapped in the bone. A range shows this honestly; a single figure would hide it.
